DrishiTech (“we”, “us”) builds and operates business products and digital services. This policy explains what we collect when you use drishitech.com, request a demo, or work with us.

Information we collect
- Enquiry and contact data — name, email, phone, company, product or service interest, and your message.
- Project data — briefs, files and access notes you share so we can deliver work.
- Account data — if we give you a product login (for example DrishiDesk, Vision Next, Apply4U or related portals), we store the details needed to run that account.
- Meta / Facebook Login data — if you connect WhatsApp or Facebook through our products (Embedded Signup / Facebook Login for Business), Meta may share your public profile, Facebook user ID, and the WhatsApp Business Account, phone numbers and related IDs you grant.
- WhatsApp messaging data — messages, templates and delivery status processed so we can run inboxes, campaigns and notifications in our products.
- Technical data — IP address, browser type, device and pages visited, used to keep the site secure and understand usage.
How we use it
- Reply to enquiries and map a scope for your team.
- Deliver, host and support products or services you buy.
- Connect your WhatsApp Business Account so you can send and receive messages inside our products.
- Send project updates, invoices and important service notices.
- Improve the website and protect against spam or abuse.
We do not sell your personal data. We do not use your enquiry to run surprise marketing lists without a clear reason to stay in touch.
Sharing
We share data only with people who need it to do the work: our team, payment processors if you pay online, hosting providers, and email delivery (SMTP). WhatsApp and Facebook Login features also send and receive data with Meta Platforms, Inc. under Meta’s terms. We may disclose information if the law requires it.
Meta products
Our company Meta app (WA Drishi) is used so clients of DrishiTech products can connect WhatsApp Cloud API. We do not sell that data. You can disconnect WhatsApp inside the product, remove the app from Facebook → Settings → Apps and websites, and ask us to delete stored tokens and messages using our User Data Deletion page.
Retention
Enquiry and project records are kept for as long as needed to deliver the work, support you, and meet tax or legal duties in India. WhatsApp connection tokens and inbox records are kept while the product is in use, then removed when you disconnect or request deletion, except where we must retain records by law.
Your rights
You may request access, correction or deletion of your personal data, or ask us to stop using it for marketing. Write to info@drishitech.com. Step-by-step deletion instructions are on our User Data Deletion page. We will respond within a reasonable time, usually within 30 days.
Security
We use access controls, HTTPS and limited staff access. No internet transmission is perfectly secure; we take practical steps to protect what you send us.
Children
Our site and services are for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 18.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the site after an update means you have read the new version.
